I am currently subscribing to Callcentric.com’s Voip services. So far it looks good, and I have not faced any major problems with them. Callcentric has a fairly good sound quality, and the service they offer is covering my needs.
I use Callcentric mainly inbound, since I am using another VoIP provider (Telio) for outgoing calls. I have phone numbers via Callcentric in Norway, United Kingdom, United States and Greece. It all works nicely and without a hitch.
Update 03-11-2012: We how now changed to Callcentric for both inbound and outbound calls. So far, it works fairly well. But it does have some hickups now and then. One of the hickups is that the call gets disconnected from time to time. I’m still trying to figure out if this is caused by Callcentric, or PBXes.org that we are using as PBX for all the calls. It’s difficult to pinpoint where lies the cause of the dropped calls.
